Before becoming the first female to sit at the leadership table in the future-focused NIKE Innovation Kitchen, I lead the Nike Design Innovation team, the Nike Footwear Color Design team, and the Color & Material Design team at brand Jordan.

In addition to dream jobs with fancy titles, I’ve earned a masters degree in Architecture, created jewelry from baby teeth, patented inventions, written a crowd-funded cancer coloring book for charity, summited some mountains, surfed some waves, designed groovy spaces, designed groovy products, started a scholarship fund, opened a library,. and raised a son, who is my greatest teacher.

I am grateful for all of it, especially for the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of curious friends that help keep me learning and laughing.
